The SUJATA MG02, is a premium mixer grinder with sturdy built, designed for modern kitchens.
It has a powerful 1000 watts motor with double ball-bearings ( for both ends of the motor ) providing long life along with trouble free performance. Its 25,000 R.P.M. operation processes the food in short time with little heat generation that helps retain the natural flavours of the food. The self-aligning jars & motors have been provided for enhanced safety. The bush in the precision engineered cutter assemblies for mixer and grinder are pre-loaded with oiled felt for longer life. The cutter blades are made of high tensile stainless steel and machined in exact shape at precise angles for high performance. The model comes with three jars attachments: –
- A 1.5 litre dome shaped jar with a metal aluminium base comes with safety locks for wet grinding of thick batters like of urad dal & rice for dosa, chickpeas for hummus and falafel, spinach (palak) dishes, gravy etc. It also has 3 changeable blades particularly for egg whisking, meat mincing and grating and offers an additional tamper tool that allows you to quickly step in and push ingredients down into the blending vortex to achieve best consistency.
- A one litre rust-free stainless-steel jar with aluminum metal base for dry grinding of spices like turmeric (haldi), cumin (jeera) seeds, black pepper, garam masala, dry red chili, sambar powder, coffee beans etc.
- A 500 ml rust-free stainless-steel jar with aluminium metal base comes with safety locks perfect for grinding smaller quantities like mint (pudina) chutney, coconut chutney, ginger garlic paste, tamarind (imli) paste etc.
